Can singles get CPF housing grants?

Yes. Singles aged 35 and above under the Single Singapore Citizen Scheme can receive the Half-Housing Grant: up to $40,000 EHG, $25,000–$40,000 Family Grant (resale), and $15,000 PHG (resale) or $10,000 PHG (BTO). Total up to $95,000.

Do CPF housing grants apply to BTO or resale only?
