She needed to run the numbers. I looked for a calculator to send her. Every site wanted her email. Every tool was a lead form in disguise. Every article was 2,000 words before getting to the actual math.

So I built her a quick spreadsheet with the stamp duty, CPF, and TDSR calculations. Then added a few more scenarios. Then a comparison tool. Then... well, I got a bit carried away.
